Pereslavl Zaleski - a town in Yaroslavl Oblast, located in the heart of the "Golden Ring."
Its name was in honor of southern Russian town of Pereslavl, located near Kiev, and serves to protect the southern borders of Russia from the invasions of the steppe nomads. The second word in the name of the town came out to the location of Pereslavl of forests, in fields and agriculture.
