Wouldn't it be nice to have an experienced veterinary technician come into your practice and with very little training fit in with your staff, along with make a significant difference in production at your practice? Well that is what our relief associates do! Still not sure: Our relief associates work as independent contractors and are not considered your employees. Therefore you are NOT responsible for benefits, or paying taxes. All technicians are formally schooled and are registered/certified/licensed to practice in the state in which they are listed for availability. Relief technicians are used for short and long term commitments. Such as staff shortage, pregnancy leave, illness, busy season, holidays, and for certain specific needs like anesthetic procedures. There is no obligation when you utilize a relief tech, you say when you want someone to work and we try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. If there isn't a "fit" between your practice and one of our associates there is no obligation to have an individual work again. Never had a RVT, CVT or LVT work at your practice, why not try a day of relief work with one of our technicians and see what a difference qualified and professional veterinary technicians can make!
